CASED Catalog Card!
I really love (card a) on page 36 of the new catalog so I copied it and changed it to a general card instead of a Christmas card! I made 4 for a few of my close friends! I just really thought it was a sweet card and love the vintage feel! I used the same colors listed by SU but changed the background sets to Punch Potpourri on the tag and Notably Ornate for the words and background. I also didn't have Pear Pizzazz DS paper so I improvised and used Pear CS and just stamped it with Pear ink using the Heart stamp from Punch Potpourri!

Glossy Scenes
I made these cards one right after another so I used Baja Breeze for all three skies and Pacific Point for both water scenes. LOL- All three scenes are stamped on Glossy CS with Stazon Black. I used sponge wedges, sponge daubers and markers for coloring tools. To create scenes, I stamp my main images first then define the sky/water and land lines by sponging an edge to create a line. Then I fill in one part at a time, making the waters darker away from my stamped image or under trees darker, ect. I go back and add details last! Try one today! I LOVE creating scenes and working with Glossy cardstock also working and getting familiar with the new colors!! Super Fun masculine stamps too! I'll post each one seperate starting with the sail boat!
Greenhouse Aviary
Another Bird Cage card, I have made a bunch of cards with this Aviary set, I love it! I also used the new Teahouse background, stamped just the top across on the light paper from the Greenhouse Gala DS paper and then cut the stamped strip to fit across the top! Love this Teahouse stamp, you can use all of it or just a strip across your card! The tags were punched out and then adhered in place and I drew the line on the top half of each one to make the tags look attached! ~Stamps: Aviary, Teahouse, Teeny Tiny Wishes. ~Paper: Daffodil CS, Shimmery White CS, Espresso CS, Greenhouse Gala DS paper. ~Inks: Basic Black Pad/marker, Marina, Daffodil, Pear Pizzazz, Crumb Cake and Tangerine Markers. ~ Acessories: Jewelry Tag Punch, Dimensionals, Marina Taffeta ribbon.

Love these Colors together! Again I used Because I care stamp set, stamping the image on Shimmery White CS and watercoloring with Garden Green, Cherry and Pink Pirouette inks and then cutting the image out. The background is the new Vintage Wallpaper Embossing folder used with Pink Pirouette CS. I sponged Cherry ink on the raised part of the embossed and then added some craft white ink with a q-tip to the flat spaces! Simple and easy card!

Crayon Watercolor
Happy Monday! Today's card uses the watercolor crayons and watercolor paper. I embossed the images with versa mark ink and white embossing powder. I watercolored the images first and then went back and added Night of Navy, Apricot and Not quite navy crayons around the flowers to fill in the spaces. I love this watercolor look! Easy to do too with direct brush to crayon method! The Card base is Daffodil along with Marina and Perfect Plum layers! Aqua Painter, Marina and Daffodil 1/8" ribbon.
