Shabby Sweet Valentine

For this card I wanted some sort of punched border along the sides... inside of the frame but everything I tried didn't give me the look I was going for so left that part out! Instead I stamped the rose frame stamp and colored and cut out a couple roses to go on the embossed hearts! Embossed Hearts sprayed with Blushing Bride Smooch Spritz!
~Stamps: Apothecary Art, Something to Celebrate (ret. hostess)
~Paper: Cherry Cobbler, Shimmery White, Confetti Cream CS, Everyday Enchantment DSP (SAB).
~Ink: Stazon Black, Cherry Cobbler, Poppy Parade, Pear Pizzazz, Limeade, So Saffron, Pool Party, Soft Suede.
~Accessories: Big Shot, Framed Tulips Folder, Fashionable Hearts Embosslit, Watercolor Brush, Riding Hood Red Pleated Satin Ribbon, Pinking Hearts Border Punch, Basic Rhinestones, Sponge, Blushing Bride Smooch Spritz.
