Simple Roses

Another Simple two-step stamped card however for this one, I used pink tissue paper as a ruffle at the bottom of the focal point layer. I like it because the tissue paper as a ruffle is so thin and easy to work with plus it lays flat for mailing! Try a tissue ruffle on your next card!
~Paper: Shimmery White CS, Melon Mambo CS. ~Inks: Old Olive, Regal Rose, Melon Mambo.~Accessories: Color Spritzer, Melon and Old Olive Markers, Earth Elements Brads, 1/16" circle punch.

What a great idea to use tissue paper for the ruffle! I have never liked how thick it makes it when I use cardstock. Tissue paper can probably be made the exact color I want it by putting it into re-inker, can't it? Then just blow drying it? Can't wait to try! Thanks or your great inspiration and creativity.
