Pastels & Texture

This card was an experiment using the new Flower Garden Embossing Folder and the Doily Triple Layer Punch. Lots of textured layers that are sponged with the reverse side of the embossed image colored with markers. I cut a slit on both sides of the flowers to allow the ribbon to slide behind them. I love to pair together White and Vanilla cardstock, just something different!

I'm not really sure I like this card all that much but thought it was at least worthy of posting LOL!
~Stamps: Four Frames.
~Paper: Vanilla CS, Whisper White CS.
~Inks: Pink Pirouette, So Saffron, Celery, Crumb Cake.
~Accessories: Big Shot, Vintage Wallpaper Folder, Flower Garden Folder, Square Lattice Folder, Top Note Die, Decorative Label Punch, Lace Trim, Pink Taffeta Ribbon, Basic Pearls, Sponge, Hobby Blade,

This card is definitely worth posting! I especially love the coloring you've done with the embossed image.... it really makes the petals pop and gives beautiful definition. Thank you so much for inspiring me!
