Today's Card uses the Bella Toile Background stamp. The cut out Shimmery White Circle is stamped using Basic Black and then colored with the watercolor pencils and a blender pen. I love to mix it up a bit and use different coloring tools rather then rely on one way of coloring all the time! The Card base is Chocolate Chip and the background papers are from the Sweet Pea Paper Pad. The med. Scallop circle was cut out using the Big Shot and the Scallop Circle # 2 die with Rose Red C/S. Vintage brads and a greeting punched out with the small oval complete this nice simple card!
