This card is just over the top! LOL~ Flower was stamped on Shimmery white C/S and then watercolored and cut out. I applied crystal effects and Dazzling Diamonds glitter along with flatback rhinestones. I did use the Gold Painty on the inside but the overall effect was Blingy!
