My Anniversary Card

Today is our 23rd Anniversary so I made this Card for my husband! He's been on a low carb diet so I knew I wanted a card with a cupcake or something on it! Accessories: Dimensionals, 1/2" circle punch, Red satin ribbon, circle cutter, Lg. oval and scallop oval and Heart to Heart punches, silver bead duo, crystal effects.
